      This is an Oracle of Directions. It knows all and sees all when it
   comes to giving directions to remote locations. Ask it how to get to a
   location by saying "Oracle, how do you get to location" and see if it
   knows the driections.
      The oracle is old and often needs incentive to tell about new
   places. You can offer a bribe of 50 monitary units to convince the
   Oracle to update its database of locations.
